The Class Alchemy provides tools for instructors and studios to plan classes, manage skills and curriculum, and track student progress. Features may change over time. We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or use the Service in violation of applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct we reasonably believe violates these terms or harms the Service or others.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the Service for you. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit your content.
The Service, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by Luna Aerial Dance & Performing Arts LLC and its licensors. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Service.
Paid plans, if offered, are billed through our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for certain transactions. Fees, renewal, and cancellation terms are described at checkout and in our Refund Policy. Taxes may apply as shown at purchase.
The Service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where allowed. The Service does not constitute professional, safety, or legal advice for your studio or instruction.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luna Aerial Dance & Performing Arts LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of these terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or fifty U.S. dollars.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms or if we discontinue the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised terms with an updated date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where prohibited by law.
