Payments for The Class Alchemy may be processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. This policy describes how refunds work for purchases and subscriptions.
Customers may request a full refund within 30 days of their initial purchase or subscription renewal.
To request a refund, contact support@theclassalchemy.com with your account email and reason for the request.
Refunds are processed through Paddle within 5-10 business days.
After the 30-day window, subscriptions can be cancelled anytime effective at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds after the 30-day window.
